hm, the skin is great overall ~ It looks okay but it needs a little more shading =3 even if you're that light in your actual skin xD; just around the edges near the hair x3 For the hair, I'd say it needs a little less work with the dodge/burn tool from the black hair tutorial I just used it today lol so I think it needs less of the blue D: It's just a little too much ^_^;;

Hmmm, the shirt looks a little less realistic. The top of the "collar" is okay but the bottom needs a little more work :/ the "folds" at the left bottom right corner are okay ^_^

The face looks the best though =O So you should just work on the hair and the clothing a little more ^___^ I like the eyes! *___* and the lips x) they look pretty realistic as they should be xD you did well on the bead necklace too! ^^
